We had the privilege to be involved in this award winning Jason Smith Constructions Homes built way back in 2020. We congratulate both builder & client for creating such a beautiful & considered place to call home.

Our part was to supply & install Engineered Matt-brushed factory finished Blackbutt timber flooring by direct stick to the suspended concrete & structural timber sub-floors. Jason had the vision to use direction changes for maximum effect & he was absolutely right.

We installed the flooring in the entry, lounge, & dining areas, hallway & even the WC. Custom finishing as always to the internal floorcovering joins (including to the beautiful polished concrete flooring & concrete hearth) & external doorways finished of the flooring around the perimeter & wrapped around the staircase balustrade edge too. The hallway steps were also lined with the Engineered Matt-brushed factory finished Blackbutt timber flooring with custom made stairnosing to give that seamless look.
