After years of researching what our clients need from their flooring, Town & Country collaborated with leading manufacturers to create our own beautiful collection of engineered timber flooring. With both Prefinished and Raw options available, you can choose between our European Oak or Australian Native engineered timber species, available in floorboard or parquetry designs.
We are thrilled to offer the T&C collection to our clients, at a special ‘in house’ rate. If that isn't enough to excite you, the lifetime structural warranties will definitely give you peace of mind, and a floor your family (and your feet) will love to live on!

Every range in the T&C collection uses natural timber sourced sustainably with a chain of custody and PEFC accreditation. And at each stage of the manufacturing process we use the most up to date technology, reducing waste and making production efficient.
When our local team install this floor for you, the process is quiet and precise thanks to our trowel or bead glue system, ensuring stability throughout every season and environment, including the use of under floor heating. Cabinetry can be fitted before or after the floor, however skirting boards will be fitted once the floor is installed to ensure the best finish.
Your floor is then custom finished to suit internal floor covering joins and external doorways, and sealed with our eco-friendly Loba water-based coatings, completing the high quality look and feel of our collection.
